Take Time

Take Time new group is starting in Kilwinning Library on the 1st February 2023 3.15-4.45pm.
 
This group is open to Parents/Carers and primary aged young people.
 
The aim of this group is to establish good understanding of Mental Health and Wellbeing within households to promote early Emotional awareness and Resilience in our young people with an increased understanding for ourselves.
 
The group will look at a range of coping strategies and toolkits through open chat, presentation, worksheets and activities.

Boogie Bug at Irvine Library

Go along to Irvine Library for an interactive storytelling session for children age 3-5 years.

Explore music in a fun and energetic way using a variety of musical instruments.
