Ayrshire Children Services CIC – Sessional Staff

Hours:
16 hr sessional post

Description:
Ayrshire Children’s Services CIC is a North Ayrshire Based Childcare Support Service for children and young people aged 3-18yrs who have additional support needs and are looking for individuals who will champion the rights of children and support them to become confident individuals by learning new skills which will enable them to become independent and included in their community. Applicants must be able to drive and have own car, post also requires you to obtain business class insurance. Applicants should also have a childcare qualification (gained or working towards), experience of working with children with ASN, understanding of children’s rights, childcare legislation and SHANARRI outcomes. You will be responsible for children and young people who have individual needs and fantastic natures and abilities, therefore individuals should be enthusiastic and can work flexibly around the children’s hopes, dreams and wishes. You will have to complete work induction training.
