Duties: • Answering calls: Taking messages and actioning these appropriately • Diary Management: Making appointments, diarising court dates • Audio & Copy Typing: creating and editing various legal documents, letters, attendance notes etc as dictated by solicitors. • Mail management: Sorting mail, Printing and sorting emails, ensuring these are properly actioned. • General office duties: Ensuring workspace is organised, completing filing, completing legal aid related duties, ensuring files are correctly organised, scanning documents as required, uploading to various sites Experience & Skills REQUIRED: • Good written ability • High level of organisation • Excellent phone manner • Good time keeping PREFERRED: • Experience of legal offices. • Experience in audio typing • Experience in copy typing • Diary management.
