Woodlands Centre offers a variety of activities primarily for older people. Within the centre groups such as self- help support groups such as (Macular support & Stoma Care Recovery), keep-fit & line dancing, bowling, debating ,bingo, zumba, crochet & craft classes.
The groups and activities available each day include:
Monday: Line dancing 9.30am-12noon, Gaelic Singing 9.45am-12.15, KeepFit 12.15-3.45pm,Heartmates Keepfit 5.30-7pm, Gaelic for beginners/intermediate 7pm-9pm, Kung Foo 7pm-9pm.
Tuesday: Zumba 10.15-11.45pm, Bowling 12.30pm-5.30pm(2 classes), Ayrshire Community Church 11am-1pm, AA Meeting 7pm-10pm, Seniors Forum(monthly 1.30-3.15pm last Tues of Month), Stoma Care Recovery(2nd Tues of Month) 6.30pm-9pm.
Wednesday: Craft Class 9.30am-12.30pm, Keepfit 10.15am-12noon, Bingo 12noon-3.30pm, Ancho Counselling 11am-4pm, Duke of Edinburgh 6.30pm-9.30pm, Al Anon 7.30pm-10pm, Ayrshire Community Church 7.30pm-9pm.
Thursday: Break The Silence 9.30am-3pm, Crochet Class 9.30pm -12.30pm, Line Dancing 10am-3pm( 2 classes), Al Anon 1pm-3pm, Macular Support Group 2pm-4pm(1st Thurs of Month), Kung Foo 5.30pm – 7pm, Cross Stitch 7.15pm-9.45pm, Scottish Marriage Care 6.30pm-9.30pm, Cocaine Anonymous 7pm-9pm, AA Meeting 7.30pm- 10pm.
Friday: Break The Silence 9.30am-3pm, Line dancing 9.45am-12.45pm, Debating Group 10.30am-12.45pm, ANCHO 1pm-4pm, AA Meeting 7pm-10pm.
Saturday: World Wide Church Of God 10am-2.30pm, AA Meeting 7pm-10pm.
Sunday: Ayrshire Community Church 9am -2pm.
