WHAT WE DO:
• Provide advocacy services
• Liaise with multi disciplinary agencies to access support
• Assist to develop budgeting skills
• Assist to develop life skills
• Menu planning/shopping list making
• Access Welfare Benefits
• Liaise with the local homeless support team
• Liase with the local housing offices
• Access furniture schemes
• Assist with the transition to permanent accommodation
• Promote independence living
• Offer emotional support
• Provide essentials i.e. short term toiletries, food voucher
• Assist residents to make and keep appointments
• Refer to local a GP and Dentist
• Attend reviews and planning meetings
• Provide security
• Access further education classes and employment through external agencies
• Provide in house social activities
• Hospital discharge protocol
• Provide safes in all rooms for secure storage of prescribed medication if desired
• Provide bus passes for housing related appointments.

WHAT WE DON’T DO
• Provide personal care
• Cook/prepare meals
• Monitor/administer medication
• Do residents laundry or ironing
• Monitor residents dietary requirements
• Attend routine doctors, hospital or dental appointments
• Monitor residents mail
• Do weekly food shop
• Banking
• Monitor residents spending habits
• Hourly monitoring of residents
• Bedding down service
• Child minding services
• Make residents keep appointments
• Accept residents pets
• Store large items of furniture
• Pay for public transport
