New for 2019
“Calm Sundays” a partnership with my friend Diane, who is a physiotherapist and yoga/pilates instructor. Running Sunday afternoon events, doing yoga and mindfulness. Having a spot of lunch and getting to know some like minded people. In coming months we hope to run weekend retreats in North Ayrshire.
Aromatherapy – A light relaxing massage using a bespoke blend of essential oils, tailored to your needs.
Reflexology – Reflex points on the feet can be linked to every part of the body. These points are manipulated to enable energy to flow freely and bring about balance in both body and mind.
Indian Head Massage – A tailored treatment of the scalp, neck and shoulders. A deeply relaxing treatment that aims to slow the busy mind.
Hot Stone Therapy – Heated volcanic stones are used to massage the body. Perfect for those who “feel the cold” and for melting away those areas of tension.
Body massage – An intermediate depth massage, good for treating areas of muscular tension.
Mindfulness – 1-1 mindfulness sessions can be incorporated into treatments or as part of a larger group at Calm Sundays events.
