Service Description

Altogether Travel is the UK’s only Care Inspectorate registered travel company. This unique service allow Older people, those with dementia, individuals with Physical & learning disabilities, sensory impairment and mental health issues to enjoy a holiday supported by our experienced holiday companions.

It’s your holiday so you tell us where you would like to go and we will work with our travel partners to find you the perfect holiday. We will meet with you and confirm your holiday plans, you will even get the chance to meet your holiday companion before you go. (If you require more visits prior to the holiday this is charged separately)

We provide a Travel Escort service that can accompany our customers to get from A to B on Trains, Planes, Boats and Buses. This is ideal for those who are not confident in travelling or difficulty due to mobility or disability.

Costs

Like our customers no two holidays are the same, some may wish to go away for an overnight others for a few weeks, some may want a B&B, whilst some want a nice hotel.

We create the holiday that’s right for you. We will send you a number of options to consider based upon what you tell us you are looking for.

We will also provide a cost for your support so you are clear how much everything costs. We are different from Care Company’s and DON’T charge by the hour. This makes your holiday affordable.

We can guarantee you that we will work our travel partners to get you the best deal on all aspects of your holiday. This is one of the perks of being a travel company…

Altogether Travel accepts direct payments, personal budgets, Social Work invoicing, customer payments

Duration

We can provide support for one night away through to 21 days. If you don’t fancy an overnight we offer support for day trips, to get you out of the house and give you something to look forward too.
