Overview
The Three Towns Service (Harbour Centre) supports people living in the Three Towns and the surrounding areas. We aim to offer a range of flexible services designed to meet peoples’ needs.
Service Description
Our Day Care offers social contact and a wide range of therapies and activities for people living with dementia, in a friendly and safe environment.
We put together a care programme for each person, tailored to his or hers individual abilities, interests and preferences.
Accessibility
Daycare available from Monday-Sunday.
Office opening hours Monday-Friday 9am-4.30pm
