Service Description

Alpha Homecare is a care at home organisation who deliver care to older people within their own homes. We will attend to any personal care routines; bathing, washing, dressing, shaving, continence, as well as support with your medication needs.

We can also provide shopping and light housework duties as required to support you in your home, along with meal preparation.

What we will do upon referral to ourselves is to meet and spend time with you and your relative(s) to go through our policies and get a personal support plan in place for you that meets your needs. You will also receive a Welcome pack from Alpha which will outline how to contact us at the office and Out of Hours service, what you can expect from oursleves as an organisation and how we can compliment your everyday requiremnets, also outlined will be the senior carer for your locality who will ensure that you receive reviews and that your care plan is updated to reflect any changes within your care plan.

We ensure that your care plan reflects your needs and wishes as well as being outcome focused.

Private care delivery £15.00 per hour
