Service Description

Access Ability Support Services have been operating for over 10 years now and we are proud to have established an excellent reputation for delivering a personal, tailor-made and flexible service to meet individual need. We are a small independent organisation, which we feel allows us to maintain a friendly and consistent approach and for people who we support to build positive and trusting relationships with our staff. All support packages are discussed on an individual basis with people on commencement, but services we provide assistance with include the following: * health and wellbeing tasks – including arranging/accompanying to medical appointments, repeat prescriptions etc * life and social skills – including social activities to alleviate social isolation * personal care tasks * household tasks – to maintain a safe and healthy environment * encouragement and motivation to increase self confidence and realise potential * income maximisation and assistance with benefits * help dealing with correspondence * money management / household budgeting * shopping * self development

Costs

Our current service users are financed through various social work teams of the local authority, or through self directed support packages. Please call the office base if any enquiries in relation to charges.
