Unpaid Carers Respite Funding

Shared Care Scotland is providing Unity North Ayrshire Carers Centre with access to funding that can go towards a short break to allow unpaid carers some respite from their caring role.
Unpaid carers throughout North Ayrshire who help and support individuals living with addiction, dementia and mental health issues are eligible to apply. If the carer lives on Arran or in the Three Towns area, then they can apply to the fund even where the person they care for is not affected by these conditions.
Applications open on Monday 31 July and close on Monday 14 August, and you can apply online.
