We are currently in the process of setting up an allotment and community garden at a site in Elm Park in Ardrossan. The site will provide up to fifty individual allotment plots for rent, and will provide a raised bed area and community gardening space for communal use. The site will also contain a community health hub, where we will hold training and information sessions on gardening and health issues. Everyone is free to join and become involved in the project in some way. Please visit our website where you will find a link to an online survey that you can use to register your interest, or alternatively drop us an email.
At the moment membership is free. The cost of renting allotment plots is currently in discussion, but will be no more than the average rate seen around the country.
