Overview
Redburn Youth Centre provides a variety of groups for young people aged 12 – 25 both in the evenings, and through the day. The centre has its own Youth Management Committee, which any young person can be involved in, and helps decide what happens in the centre.
Evening groups are issue based groups, done in a fun way, looking at different issues that affect young people.
They also have an element of ‘free time’ where the young people get the chance to take part in activities such as pool, table tennis, console games etc.
Service Description
Day times in Redburn consist of an Activity Agreement group. This is a 16 week training programme for young people aged 16-19 years, and is through referral only. Monday – 6.00pm – 7.30pm P7 Transition Group, 7.30pm – 9.00pm S1-S4 Youth Group Tuesday – Tots (referral only) 6.30pm – 8.30pm Wednesday – S1-S4 Youth group 6.30pm – 8.30pm Thursday – After school group 3.00pm – 4.30pm 6.30pm – 8.00pm Youth Group S1-S4 Sunday – Managment group 6.30pm-8.30pm S1-S4
