We are a Social Enterprise based in Ayrshire and we deliver a comprehensive package of innovative and flexible recruitment, employability, training and workforce development solutions throughout Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway.

Working closely with businesses, CEIS can provide a creative and quality recruitment service, eliminating the time consuming and sometimes expensive advertising and recruitment processes.

Whether it is a short or long term temporary position or a permanent position we can:

• Manage recruitment from start to finish including all aspects of payroll
• Provide support with screening, staff development and training
• Provide support with future resource planning

All of the above is managed from our local offices in Ayr, Irvine and Dumfries and is done with as minimal costs to you as possible.

As we are a social enterprise any profit we do make is invested back into the organisation allowing us to offer more to our clients.

We also deliver a number of training programs including WorldHost, CSCS, Emergency First Aid and employability support programmes, certificates of work readiness and training and consultancy support.
