Overview
Radio City Supports the Community in the Garnock Valley as a healthy living project based on inclusion, lifelong learning and healthy exercise. The project will enable the community to be better able to take advantage of the opportunities of living in the Garnock Valley in the 21st Century. The primary aim is to address the poverty of ambition and the associated health issues among the Garnock Valley Residents with the objective of improving self-esteem and wellbeing within vulnerable groups.
The vision that has been established for Radio City is to develop a vibrant community partnership, growing opportunities for lifestyle change across health, learning and employability

Service Description

Up to date costs for using the various activities and facilities can be found on our web page. Radio City offer a variety of packages at affordable prices. Membership to the gym includes unlimited access 7 days a week, access to classes, fitness programme taylor made to suit the individual needs of each person.
Resources and Amenities
Active Living The fitness suite in radio city brings top of the range equipment, high quality staff and a wide variety of fitness classes and courses to the Garnock Valley. The gym is equipped with secure changing areas, plunge shower and sauna. In addition to the gym area, classes take place in the large multi purpose hall directly below our gym. The equipment includes the following: Tredmills, Cross trainers, Rowers, cycles, Climbers, Chest Press, Pec Deck, Leg Curl, Leg Extention, Chin Dip, Total Hip Pulley Unit, Lat Pull. Radio City also has various free weights.

Radio City has disabled access to all areas within the building with parking available at the rear of the building.
