Overview
Townend Supported Living offers housing support and care at home to people with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues enabling them to live independantly in their own homes.
This support can also be offered on a short term basis as an extension to care within Townend Nursing Home as part of convalescence, reablement or crisis care.
Service Description
Housing support and care at home is offered to service users within their own home by staff trained to meet their support needs. Following a assessment of your support needs, we will help you to choose the people who will support you either from our existing staff or from newly recruited staff who will be trained to meet your needs. We aim to provide you with the support you need, when you want it.
