Service Description

Todhill Country Centre has 3 single tenancies and 1 joint tenancy whch 2 tenants share, all tenants have an individual secure tenancy agreement. An individual support package is in place for each tenant, each tenant has been fully involved in the creation and implementation of their support packages. Each tenants receives support to manage their tenancy and support if required to manage finances, bill paying, meal preparation and support to attend appointments etc. The Housing Support Service strives to ensure the needs and wishes of each tenant are met as far as possible. The Housing Support Service encourages its clients to be as independent as possible and encourages the individuals to be part of the local community. Each Tenancy is within the grounds of Todhill Country Centre.
