Service Description

Three Towns  currently has 60 beds available. We have qualified Nursing staff  both RGN and RMN 24 hours per day. The Deputy Manager is RMN qualified and has worked in the care of the Elderly sector for many years. The Manager is also RGN qualified and has an SVQ level 4 in Management. She has worked in the care sector for 25 years caring for elderly clients. Our care staff are trained to SVQ level 2 and 3.

The Nobel  unit has 27 beds catering for the needs of Frail Elderly clients. This unit also has a quiet lounge area for residents and their family use.

The Ardeer unit has 33 beds catering for clients with Dementia.

Both units have the use of specialist baths with lifting equipment.

On the ground level we have patio doors leading out onto the enclosed garden with raised beds.

Our Activities Co-ordinator is able to offer a range of activities from arts and crafts to baking, reminiscence sessions, physical activity, musical therapy and much more.

Our care model is designed from the individualised approach to care. We offer a person-centred approach taking into account individual’s choice, needs and requirements.

The Home operates an open visiting policy but we ask that you respect mealtimes to allow our residents to enjoy an uninterrupted meal.

We also welcome visitors to view the home at any time. We will accomodate you at whatever time is suitable.

The cost of care with Local Authority funding £587 for nursing care.
