Overview
Thistle Help Ltd was founded in 2007 by George Ruddick and Laura Hays in order to provide a comprehensive range of assisted living aids that truly reflects the needs of those who require support with mobility and daily living aids.
Based in Portland Avenue, Irvine, we have a spacious showroom with on-site parking and a disabled toilet. We supply, hire and repair a wide range of equipment including:

Having a disabled Managing Director, Thistle Help provide experience you can trust. George Ruddick our Managing Director has Cerebral Palsy and has filtered his experience down through the team giving them the tools to understand the needs of the customer. This is vital in our marketplace as customers need to put trust in us to provide the correct equipment and advice.

We also hire out wheelchairs, scooters and powerchairs for short or long term. Thistle Help pride ourselves on our servicing and repairs service. Our experienced service engineers are regularly complimented on their skills, helpfulness and for going the extra mile to resolve repair issues.
