As a national charity, the organisation is committed to ensuring that all Scottish residents have access to relationship support, regardless of whether they live in a remote and rural location, in a village, town or city.

In North Ayrshire we currently offer Counselling to couples, individual and families who have or are having relationship problems. The Counselling takes place at the Woodlands Centre in Irvine. This helps clients to look at there relationship in detail and by exploring the issues learn new ways of changing negative patterns of behaviour and develop skills and techniques to improve how they relate to their partners and others. Normally their are six sessions of 50 minutes but if more is required then that can be arranged.
There is a charge for the sessions but we try to keep this as affordable as possible. Please contact our Appointments team to find out more. The Relationship Helpline is a free from landlines and most mobiles.
