Service Description

In North Ayrshire we currently offer Counselling to couples, individual and families who have or are having relationship problems. The Counselling takes place at the Woodlands Centre in Irvine. This helps clients to look at there relationship in detail and by exploring the issues learn new ways of changing negative patterns of behaviour and develop skills and techniques to improve how they relate to their partners and others. Normally their are six sessions of 50 minutes but if more is required then that can be arranged.

Costs

There is a charge for the sessions but we try to keep this as affordable as possible. Please contact our Appointments team to find out more. The Relationship Helpline is a free from landlines and most mobiles.

Resources and Amenities

Currently Counselling of offered on Thursday nights at the Woodlands Centre.

Relationship Counselling – Time to think about and discuss relationship difficulties with a professional Counsellor for individuals, couples and families. Services are available face to face, by telephone and online by calling our national appointments team on 0845 271 2711.

The Relationship Helpline – Immediate and free access to a listening support service for individuals. The service is available by telephone (0808 802 2088) or via webchat.
