I offer many massage services:

Aromatherapy: Aromatherapy massage is a gentle flowing and deeply relaxing treatment using essential oils tailored to the specific needs of the client

Reflexology: A system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body

Swedish Massage: A deep tissue massage to ease away aches and pains and provide deep relaxation

Ear Candling: Ear Candling, a safe, simple, non-invasive natural relaxing cleansing method, uses long hollow Ear candles which may help alleviate problems of the inner ear and sinuses

Holistic Facial: A relaxing massage of upper chest, head, neck & face. Consists of a light cleanse followed by massage with aromatherapy essential oils, blended to meet your requirements

Cryssage Facial: The healing properties of colour and natural crystals are employed in many ways, but none more effectively than cial within the Cryssage

Colour Therapy: A simple meditative therapy that uses the vibration of colour and crystals to bring harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit

Pregnancy Massage: Pregnancy massage is massage therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs. It is also called pre-natal massage

Baby Massage Instructor: Baby massage is a great way to encourage bonding between baby and parent (not just for mum).  It is a great way to get to know each other.

Workplace Massage: An excellent way to improve performance and morale in the workplace/office (price negotiation required).

All treatments can be tailored to suit individual requirements.  Out of hours services are available.  Home visits also available.

Duration

The length of the treatment depends on the individual’s requirements.

Resources and Amenities

A portable massage table is used on site in a specially adapted room.  The table can also be used to provided massage in the comfort of your own home.

All products (oils, towels, pillows etc) are provided as part of the service.

Premises has a comfortable lounge and a toilet.  Tea and coffee are available during the consultation.  Water is provided after each treatment.

Less than 10 minutes walk from train station

Less than 5 minutes from bus stop (but is over a bridge)

Currently the premises is not wheelchair friendly but quotes are being collected to adapt and add a ramp.

• Out of hours Tuesday and Thursday | 5pm - 8pm
• Saturdays | 10am - 2pm
