Sense Scotland enables children and adults with communication support needs to live active and independent lives. Whether its for a few hours a day, to have a short break or to meet up with friends in the evening, take on a challenge or to live in their own home,we are committed to support people in fulfilling both their ambitions and needs.
Service Description
Ayrshire support services offer an individualised service that provides a person centred package to suit each individuals lifestyle. The service is designed to provide support to individuals wanting to access their local community and /or develop new skills and interests.The service provides support to individuals to learn or develop daily living skills that would enable them to live in their own home in the future or to make them feel more independent within their own community, to meet new friends and to build on existing relationships.Trained staff can offer communication,personal care and healthcare support.The service is staffed flexibly to meet the needs of the individual.

Duration
We offer a flexible service that can be short term or long term in duration.
Resources and Amenities
The service is community based and we access local services in the North Ayrshire area. Depending on need we can offer art, music and outdoor activities.
