The service is designed to provide support to individuals wanting to access their local community and /or develop new skills and interests.The service provides support to individuals to learn or develop daily living skills that would enable them to live in their own home in the future or to make them feel more independent within their own community, to meet new friends and to build on existing relationships.Trained staff can offer communication,personal care and healthcare support.The service is staffed flexibly to meet the needs of the individual.
