Service Description

Quarriers Lyssenmore Service aims to help you live in your own home and choose the life you want through intensive support. We spend time with each individual to understand how they prefer to communicate. At Lyssenmore, we provide a full 24-hour care package within your own tenancy or one-to-one support care packages based on individual needs. We strive to meet the needs of all the people we support, whether those needs are social, cultural, educational, and emotional. All support is personalised, with individuals at the centre of all care planning. We’re flexible to meet changing needs of individuals. Quarriers Lyssenmore service aims to provide the people we support with the confidence to achieve their aspirations by ensuring there is confidence in our staff. In recognising that it is important for all of us to feel safe, we recruit staff who are caring, sensitive, professional and positive. We also support staff to gain relevant qualifications.

Duration

Our services range from a few hours a week to full 24 hour support packages.

Resources and Amenities

The service operates from the Manse Street, Saltcoats office base. Clubs include Good stuff! Stories, pen pictures, outcomes. Quarriers GO-4-IT club also provides access and support to customers who wish to learn how to use a variety of I.T media.
