Overview
Porter and Cairns Cleaning Service have been established for ten years and is the leading cleaning company in Ayrshire supplying deep cleans.
We are currently contracted to South Ayrshire Council for all deep cleans of void and homeless properties. We also supply a cleaning service to North Ayrshire and East Ayrshire Council Housing and Social Work departments.
Porter and Cairns are accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme – CHAS and registered with Scottish Environmental Protection Agency – SEPA.
Service Description
Porter and Cairns is the leading supplier of all cleaning requirements for domestic properties. Including deep cleans, carpet cleaning, removal and disposal of all unwanted goods and rubbish, disposal of sharps/syringes clinical waste by certified operators who are all registered by Disclosure Scotland.
We also supply an insect control service for properties with house fly, sewer fly and flea infestations carried out by operators who have completed a course and examination with Killgerm Chemicals Ltd, PO Box 2, Osset, WF5 9NA.
Porter and Cairns also carry out garden maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming etc.
