Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision in Ayrshire (CPSA) is a group of professionally qualified and experienced counsellors/psychotherapists who have come together to offer a range of talking therapies.

Why consider counselling?
CPSA counsellors/psychotherapists are professionally trained to listen to you without judgement. Our counselling practitioners provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore any difficult feelings you may have related to stress, your sense of wellbeing or indeed self worth.

Why consider Supervision?

Supervision is about developing self awareness, personal growth and healthy ways of working for anyone who works with the public, staff groups or in the caring profession
Our supervision service extends to professionals in the health, caring and pastoral professions. This can be arranged either by individuals contacting CPSA practitioners or by employers contacting us. As an employer, you may wish staff to be supervised individually or in a group setting. This can be accommodated by calling one of the practitioners and negotiating supervision services.
