Service Description

We provide a free box of things proven to distract people from thoughts and impulses that occur during mental distress, such as Psychosis, depression, unwanted thoughts and addictions.

Example of the boxes contents are: Stress Ball, Hot Chocolate, Candle, Loom Bands, Soap, Colouring book and Pencils, Play Doh, Fun snaps and much more.

Costs

A Basic box for service users in North Ayrshire is FREE.

We can provide flyers, leaflets, business cards and information on our service to anyone that requests it.
