My name is Suzette Lewis and I am the Service Manager of HRM Home Care Ltd. I currently manage the Central West Branch, which incorporates North Ayrshire.
HRM Homecare Ltd is currently rated as one of the top providers of home care services within the Central West area (having received – 5 x Good Ratings at our last Care Inspection.

Who we are and what we do
HRM Homecare Services Ltd have been caring for Older People, Children and Families and Adults with Disabilities since 1994. Today, we are one of the most caring, experienced and innovative providers of ‘care at home’ in the UK.
We believe in specially tailored care programmes to cater for individual requirements. We believe no two people are alike and we understand that each of our service users’ requirements will never be exactly the same. Our approach has made us one of the largest care at home providers in Scotland. We provide over 9000 hours of care per week throughout Scotland. Our award winning company, and our success, is built on our solid care ethics and management skills. Our aim is to ensure that the people we support and provide care for enjoy every day to the fullest.
Our Direct Care Teams work across Scotland ensuring we can provide care for as many people as possible. Our Direct Care Teams work to the Scottish Social Services Codes of Practice and National Care Standards. Our support workers are carefully recruited, requiring references and an Enhanced Disclosure. By working along side our service user, our staff become motivated to deliver the highest quality of care.

Duration
Each individual user of our services, is assessed for a tailored package of care that is unique to them. This can be 1 hour a day – 24 hours a day.
A full and thorough assessment of your needs is arranged with our Quality Monitoring office who will support you with your request for care.

We also provide an Out of hours service for emergencys ensuring that there is always someone available to support users of our services.
We operate our care services 365 days a year.
