Service Description

Healthcare Plus Recruitment is one of the leading providers of temporary, contract and permanent Healthcare professionals such as Care Assistants and Support Workers (Learning Disabilities) and other roles within Care, Nursing and Residential homes, such as Senior Carers, Team Leaders, Home Manager, Deputy Managers and Activities Co-ordinators in Ayrshire and the surrounding areas.

Our carers have a wide variety of experience within the sector, some from private care and nursing homes to some who have worked with the local council.  Our carers are dedicated, committed and extremely hard-working individuals.  We work with the SSSC and Disclosure Scotland to ensure that our workers are safe and competent to provide the care and assistance that our clients require.

We can provide care assistants and support workers for long days, early and late shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins, all at extremely competitive rates, and we operate an on-call service that is managed internally rather than being outsourced.

Costs

Our charge rates are highly competitive (if not cheaper), and we do not disclose these on websites, however, Sophie Andrews would be able to discuss these with each home as required.

Duration

We are able to offer our highly experienced, competent and knowledgeable staff to care, nursing and residential homes for shifts such as long days, waking nights, sleep-ins/overs, early and late shifts. These would be on a temporary or contract basis.

We are also able to provide Care Assistants and Support Workers (Learning Disabilities) on a permanent basis also.

We use traditional and non-traditional methods of recruitment, matching the right people with the right skill-set to the right role.

Resources and Amenities

We work with experienced, qualified (SVQ 2 and 3) and non-qualified care assistants and support workers, who have worked within the Healthcare sector for many years and who are dedicated and motivated to continue to work within the sector, providing the assistance to the many residents of care and nursing homes when requested by each Home Manager.

Accessibility

We understand and appreciate that caring is not a 9-5 role and that care and nursing homes require assistance at any time!

Our office is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, from 9.00am until 6pm in the office, and from 6pm to 9.00am we then operate an on-call service for Clients, providing the reassurance that a friendly, knowledgeable person who understands our clients requirements is there at any time of the day or night to assist their home.
