We are an association of mindfulness teachers providing training and support for mindfulness.
Mindfulness can make a difference to our health and well being, enable us to live well and hopefully in spite of difficult circumstances.
All of our courses are based on a strong theoretical framework, but are very practical. You will be supported in your learning through skilled instruction, practice and guided reflection.
We provide free taster sessions, short courses, the full eight week course and ongoing support.
We provide courses in our dedicated space – ‘Mindfulness at the Mill’, Studio 1018, Mile End Mill, Seedhill Road, Paisley, PA1 1JS. We can also come to your premises to deliver to your staff or clients. We also provide one-to-one courses for those who cannot attend class. These can be provided at ‘Mindfulness at the Mill’ or over the telephone in your home.
Please visit our website for costs.
We provide our training in secular contexts and our courses are accessible to people of all faiths and none.
We are keen to make our courses accessible to all. Please tell us about any support you require to make your attendance possible.
