Emilyogadru offers a Beginners Dru Yoga class currently at St Andrews Church in Ardrossan:

Monday evenings (not bank holidays)

Beginners Yoga 7.00 – 8.00 pm

Costs

£5 for first class, therafter:

£6 one class

£20 for four classes (payable in advance)

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and some water. I have some.spare mats if you do not have one.
