We provide a high quality care service for Older People and Adults in their own homes. Promoting independence, maintaining privacy and dignity, whilst ensuring that your care needs are tailored to suit your wishes as well as respecting you as an individual.
Service Description
We will visit you in your own home to discuss your individual needs and explain how our service can work for you. We welcome other family members or trusted friends at this meeting to ensure nothing gets missed and all your questions are answered to your satisfaction. Once you have chosen Delight Supported Living as your care provider, we will work with you to design an individual support plan tailored to your needs and goals.
