Service Description

Complete Community Care specialise in providing NHS home eye tests for individuals who, for any reason, may be unable or find it difficult to visit a local optician. We have many years of experience in providing this service to patients in full time care facilities and in their own homes. Our staff have received training and accreditation from the Alzheimer’s Society and Disclosure Scotland. The free NHS eye examination we provide is of the same standard as that on the high street and includes a full eye health check for conditions including diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts. In addition, we can offer advice regarding spectacles and carry over 140 different styles of frames with us on the day, from those provided free with an NHS voucher to designer styles and sunglasses. Once ready, we personally deliver glasses back to your home for fitting and adjustment within about 2 weeks. We also provide a free aftercare and repair service. Furthermore, we can offer free hearing screening on request.
