Tinies is the UK’s leading childcare company and we are the only childcare company to act as both recruiters AND operators. Tinies Glasgow provides a childcare service throughout the West of Scotland. We recruit all kinds of childcarers including crèche workers, nannies, and babysitters. We look for candidates with a proven track record in childcare, who clearly love caring for children. We look for that spark, that isn’t present in all childcarers, and a level of commitment and care, that will provide our clients with the peace of mind they need. All our candidates are personally interviewed, reference checked, ID checked and we discuss with them their experience and qualifications to establish if they are suitable childcarers. Each candidate must be registered with the PVG scheme and this is updated on a regular basis. Tinies have extremely high standards of candidate selection and do reject candidates who do not meet our criteria. Our commitment to all our clients is the same: to deliver a thoughtful, caring and professional service meeting their individual childcare needs and because safety is our first concern, all our childcarers are rigorously screened. In caring for children, we care about every tiny detail, making sure they’re secure and happy, and their parents are too!
