Overview

Caring Hearts Ltd was established in 2012 to provide an outcome-based and quality care services to people wishing to remain within their own homes. We are a small local, caring provider who can offer tailored support created by the individual and stakeholders. Our support packages are personalised and backed up by a dedicated small team whose personalities and attributes contribute positively and productively on behalf of all our clients. We are not part of a national group where decisions are corporate or made elsewhere in the country. We pride ourselves in being intimate and being able to offer the personal touch whether it being phoning our office or allocating the same group of support workers that clients should be used to. Outcome-based services with our clients being able to achieve their goals and aspirations is our sole priority. Our care plans are based upon an assessment of each individual’s needs and are reviewed regularly to ensure they continue to promote enablement and independence within the home. We work closely with other professionals and informal carers to ensure our services compliment the overall support provided within the home.
