Service Description
Break the Silence is a fully-funded, confidential, support service for survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse (age 13+). We support all genders, plus their partners and family members. Services include 1-2-1 counselling, couple counselling, group-work, complementary therapies and much more.
Our main base is in Kilmarnock but we operate several outreach facilities throughout East & North Ayrshire. Break the Silence is the Ayrshire-wide partner of Future Pathways (formerly the In-Care Survivor Support Service) offering support to survivors who were abused in care across East, North & South Ayrshire.
