Service Description

The housing support and care at home service provides 24/7 support to individuals with communication support and complex needs to live independently in their own community.The Ayrshire service is an individualised service that provides a person centred package to suit each individuals lifestyle.The service provides support to individuals to learn or to develop daily living skills that would enable them to live in their own home and to make them feel more independent within their own community, to make new friends and to build on existing relationships.Trained staff can offer communication, personal care and health care support as well as social support. We also support individuals living at home with their family with care at home or housing support and to meet their outcomes in whatever way they choose. We can also support you to have a short break or a holiday of your choosing.

Duration

Support can be offered on either a short term or long term basis.

Resources and Amenities

We offer support to access the local community and further afield if desired.
