Augmentative and Alternative Communication in Practice: Scotland (ACiP:S) is a national network that links together specialist Augmentative and Alternative (AAC) services and professionals; children and adults who use AAC (and their families); statutory services and voluntary agencies.
Service Description
ACiP:S is not a ‘service’. It is a multi-disciplinary group that is deeply committed to AAC and people who use AAC. It acts as a central point of contact for AAC in Scotland and provides information, resources and support. ACiP:S also organizes study days, and events for people who use AAC, and for professionals.
