Service Description

I am a Job Coach for Young Adults with Learning Difficulties / Health Difficulties, my aim is to help individuals obtain paid employment. This can be either part time or full time.

I will help with any training that might be required prior to employment.

I will match the need of the prospective employee to the needs of an employer in order to secure the most suitable job.

When a suitable job is found, I will provide support by

• Helping the new employee to become familiar with the work place and routine.
• Continue to offer assistance until work skills and confidence grow. This support can last hours or weeks.
• when the employee is comfortable in the job, support will be reduced to occasional contact and reviews.
