North Ayrshire Carers Centre – Counselling Service for Carers

North Ayrshire Carers Centre are launching a new free counselling service for carers!
Counsellor, Christopher, is now taking referrals for online counselling sessions via Zoom. He can provide up to 8 sessions of CBT support to help carers develop coping strategies, reduce anxiety, and improve their overall mental wellbeing.
Referrals can be made through your support worker – please reach out to them to discuss your needs or phone the Centre on 01294 311333 and get the booking link.
