Green Health Day!
Eglinton Country Park on Saturday the 20th of May, 11am to 3pm.
There will be Green Health / Nature Based / Health and Wellbeing stalls in the Racquet Hall with information, resources and activities.
Activities for all the family to join in on at Eglinton Community Garden and Eglinton Country Park.
Activities include, health walks, nature arts and crafts, mindfulness, children’s nature based activities and much more.
