Fibromyalgia Support Group

Charity More Than Fibro runs a drop-in support group at Fullarton Community Hub, School Lane, Irvine, every third Thursday of the month from 6pm to 8pm.
The group provides a safe space to chat, share advice and catch up with others who are living with the condition, with occasional guest speakers attending to talk to the group about services they provide in the area.
The next session will take place on Thursday 15 June, no booking is required and refreshments will be provided. All ages are welcome – under 16s should be accompanied by an adult – and you are welcome to take along a friend for support.

The charity also offers an advocacy service, which can be accessed via the website, as well as coffee and chat sessions on Sundays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm via Microsoft Teams that you can join by visiting Coffee Chat on the More Than Fibro website.
